Dr. Sahar Nazari is a Dubai-based sport scientist, rehabilitation specialist, and founder of the NSTRAINING Method, a science-based training system focused on biomechanics, injury prevention, and human movement optimization.

Holding a Ph.D. in Physical Education specializing in sport injuries, corrective exercise, and rehabilitation, Dr. Nazari combines academic research with more than a decade of hands-on coaching experience. Her work focuses on translating movement science and neuromuscular research into practical training systems that help people move better, recover from injuries, and achieve long-term physical performance.

Through her company Awal Alfajer Sport Training Co. L.L.C., she delivers advanced personal training, rehabilitation-focused exercise programs, and aquatic training in Dubai.

Her approach bridges the gap between scientific research and real-world training, replacing generic fitness routines with structured programs based on biomechanics, motor control, and injury-prevention principles.

Dr. Nazari earned her Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Physical Education, with research focused on neuromuscular control, balance, gait mechanics, and rehabilitation interventions.

Her doctoral research examined the effects of dual-task training and combined water- and land-based exercise programs on balance and gait in individuals with multiple sclerosis, contributing to the field of neurological rehabilitation.
